1. Countertop material and process: scratch-resistant, anti-fouling, and easy to clean
● Stainless steel countertop: 304 food-grade stainless steel (thickness 1.2mm), brushed surface (anti-fingerprint), and the edge is formed by "folding welding" (not splicing) to form a whole - even if drinks and oil are spilled, it can be wiped clean with a rag, and it is not easy to scratch after long-term use (hardness of HRC20 or above, can withstand frequent friction of the barcode scanner).
● Composite board countertop: Environmentally friendly solid wood particle board surface with fireproof board (thickness ≥0.8mm), edge sealed with PVC waterproof edge (height ≥2cm, wrapped to 1cm below the countertop), waterproof level reaches IPX4 (can withstand short-term splashing), suitable for boutique supermarkets with high requirements for aesthetics.
2. Frame anti-corrosion and wear resistance: Adapt to humid and dusty environments
● Anti-corrosion treatment: After the cold-rolled steel frame is "pickled and phosphated" (removing the surface oxide layer), it is sprayed with epoxy resin powder (thickness 60-80μm) to form a dense protective film - used in coastal humid areas (air humidity ≥80%) or fresh supermarkets (frequent contact with water vapor), it can be used for 5 years without obvious rust.
● Wear-resistant reinforcement: The support feet where the frame contacts the ground are equipped with "nylon wear-resistant pads" (thickness 5mm), which not only avoids scratches caused by direct friction between the metal and the ground, but also enhances the anti-slip property (friction coefficient ≥0.8), and is not easy to slide even on wet ground.
