    Material of columns and shelves: Columns are made of "Q235B cold-rolled steel" (more stable carbon content and better toughness than ordinary Q235 steel), with a thickness of 1.0-1.2mm (selected according to load-bearing requirements, 1.2mm for heavy cargo areas), and the surface is "pickling and phosphating + electrostatic spraying" (phosphating film thickness ≥ 10μm, enhancing coating adhesion); There are two types of shelves: steel shelves use "0.8mm cold-rolled steel plates" (surface punching, hole diameter 5mm, water leakage and air permeability suitable for fresh food areas), and wooden shelves use "E1 grade moisture-proof particleboard" (add moisture-proof agent, moisture content ≤8%, suitable for humid environments).​

    Accessories durability: Buckles, hooks and other accessories are made of "PA66 reinforced nylon" (with added glass fiber, aging resistance and impact resistance), and will not deform in an environment of -20℃ to 60℃ (to adapt to the temperature difference between the air-conditioned area and the normal temperature area of the supermarket)
