    We provide "material certification" (including yield strength, formaldehyde emission and other indicators) for each batch of steel and plate materials used to make shelves, and pass third-party testing (such as SGS, National Building Materials Testing Center) to ensure compliance with the "Supermarket Shelf Safety Standard" (such as GB/T 28576-2012). ​
     
    Performance test: Finished shelves must pass the "load-bearing test" (1.5 times the rated weight of the shelf is placed for 48 hours, no permanent deformation), "fatigue test" (simulate the action of taking and placing goods 1000 times, the buckle is not loose), "weather resistance test" (high temperature 40℃/low temperature -10℃ cycle test, the coating does not fall off), and provide a test report.
